From the front desk, the sales person, to the installers, I was pleased at the level of service, response time, and price point for this work. Your sales person gave me options and valuable suggestions. The installers were on time and I learned a lot from talking with them as they replaced my old heat pump, indoor unit, and new thermostat. The front of the office kept me informed of the progress, filed the necessary paperwork for a county inspection, and forwarded information to the electric company for a rebate… all quite seamless for me. We had a few service calls on our Rudd unit and during the most recent service call the technician Mike suggested that we might want to consider a new Lennox unit.
